Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
• Lead and motivate project teams across multiple departments
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Manage project budgets and report on financial performance
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders regularly
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• 5+ years of proven experience in project management
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
